• If you have a medical condition or specific symptoms, massage therapy may be problematic for you. A referral from your GP may be required prior to treatment being given. 
• I understand that the treatment I receive is for the purpose of relaxation and relief of muscle tension.
• I understand that massage therapy is not a substitute for a medical examination, diagnosis or treatment.
• Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of the massage and any further treatments.
• 50% deposit is required when booking, with the remaining fees payable 3 working days prior to treatments. 
• Cancellation fees will apply if a booking is cancelled – 50% fee within 3 working days, 100% fee on the day of treatment.
